Since they are exposed to so much, roofs tend to deteriorate faster than the rest of the house especially in the extreme Queensland weather.

The Roof Restoration Process
Inspection & Quote
Before you engage us for any work we come to your house and do an inspection of the roof and provide you with a full run down of the work involved.
We then give you a no obligation free quote. We always stick to our quoted price and if anything comes up that might involve an extra cost we always discuss this with you prior.
Pressure Cleaning
We start the process of the restoration by giving the roof a full clean. We use a 400psi pressure cleaner to clean off any dirt, grime and mould that has built up over the years.
While we are there we clean out the gutters of any leaf debris and if you have solar panels we give them a wash down while we are up there.
Then rinse off the roof with a lance wand to get rid of any access debis and dirt.
Repairs
We then go over the entire roof and replace any broken, chipped and cracked tiles to make sure there are no leaks down the track.
A full repointing of all ridge capping, the installation of valley clips to secure the valley tiles and any other required repairs are conducted. We seal around any roof penetrations with high grade polyurethane sealer to prevent leaks.
If you have a metal roof we replace any damaged sheeting and rusty screws.
Painting
Once the roof has been cleaned and repaired we seal it with a high build sealer using an airless spray machine.
We then apply two even coats of roof membrane paint to finish up the job and make the roof look as good as new.
We also paint Gutters/Fascias and panel garage doors.
